Summary: The hotel did not live up to what I would expect from a hotel rated as 4*. There is no bar or restaurant and the reception is not staffed 24 hours. Although the room was good the towels were not of good quality.

Summary: The staff is lovely and very helpful. The property was clean, the room had a lot of space, the bed was comfortable. Everything about my stay here was amazing.

Summary: Used for a short stay of only one night. Chosen because it is within a 10 minute walk from the station. Very basic room, doesn't look attractive but clean. All sightseeing is within walking distance. wifi worked well. Disappointed that there was no fridge and electric kettle. One cup of coffee in the morning in the restaurant is free.

Summary: This hotel has only 5 parking spots so you may need to park elsewhere if they are already taken. The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very friendly and did not communicate very well despite the fact that we were fluent in both German and English. The cleaning staff also seemed to be very annoyed and rude when we entered from the back of the building (from the parking lot) and were confused on how to get to reception. The rooms, however, were very large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great too. We skipped the street car and just walked everywhere. Another con was that the reception desk has very limited hours which was very inconvenient after dinner when we wanted information as well as for an early checkout. So overall, if you don’t need parking or to speak with anyone working there, I would recommend this hotel. If you need those services, you may want to go elsewhere.

Summary: Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.
