Summary: the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet or storage space but, instead, Ikea, open-storage-installations.

Summary: Amazing views from the room window and the terrace. The room was nice and clean. It was just extremely hot in the room because of the warm summer days and no air-con. Nevertheless the view was incredible.
