Positive: Great hotel overlooking the famous "Bridge Too Far" at Arnhem. It's a 20 min walk from the exellent station. You can also walk back to the station and take a train out to the Airbourne Museum and Cemetary.
Negative: My journey there was blited by KLM flight delays (clearly not the hotel's fault!). Thankfully there is 24 hour cover on reception.

Positive: I liked the hotel as such. The location is good, the facilities are excellent. It was clean and comfortable.
Negative: I was a bit disappointed by my experience in the restaurant. I made a reservation for dinner when we checked in. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, our reservation could not be found. We had to wait a long time until we got a table. After that, it went relatively well until we finished our starters. Then we had to wait a long time for the main course again because of our lost reservation, or this was the excuse the waiter offered. The food was good, but it all had the taste of the dishwasher added to the taste of the food. I have never experienced that before.
