Summary: This is a great hotel. It's clean and well run. Vini at the reception desk is a wealth of information and will provide advice on activities all over the area tailored to level of fitness, etc. The rooms are spacious; ours was right next to a river, which was wonderful, and we could see the peaks of the mountains. There are several really good restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that when we arrived the room reeked of perfume. We searched and found a plastic container. We moved it outside and opened the windows, and it was bearable when we got back. It was really overpowering, and I can't imagine that anyone really wants that much perfume in a hotel room. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is amazing: it's right in the national park.

Summary: Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

Summary: A really great stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided lots of advice. The room was great with a handy kitchenette.
