Summary: This was a good hotel. It was clean, and the service was good. We were only disappointed at the Front Desk person who took care of us when we arrived, this lady was not very nice. But everyone else was polite and helpful.

Summary: Hotel is ideally located in the heart of downtown Ambato, within close walking distance to the Cathedral, main market, and a couple of parks. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting activities and offering restaurant recommendations. This was the perfect location for experiencing Carnival!
