Summary: I had booked two twin rooms. However, when we were checking in we were informed that one room had two twins that were pushed together but could be separated. We did that ourselves as there was no one else available. The second room had only one bed that could not be separated into two. I don't know why two twin beds is so hard to understand.

Summary: The location of Hotel Engel is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. We had a lot of help from a member of staff on arrival. However I was surprised at how unhelpful the member of staff on for breakfast was. A few people found the hot beverage system complicated and the staff member just watched people struggle while other guests were trying to help. I have never experienced anything quite like that before.
