Positive: Location was great, only a 3 minute walk from the Tutzing train station. The hotel was mostly quiet and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and convenient (mini fridge, pan, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee machine, coffee capsules, creamer capsules, sugar, and tea bags, but no salt/pepper). I didn't have a microwave like some other reviews mentioned.

Negative: A bit pricey but I guess understandable given the location. My room faced the train tracks which could be a bit noisy sometimes, but not that bad. I was able to sleep even without earplugs. The stairs are a bit narrow if you're carrying a big suitcase, but manageable.

Summary: Good location and experience, fairly priced compared to other options.
