Positive: Over the top hospitality, including help with transportation and provision of a tour guide to local sites, including Ephesus.Staff are courteous and go out of their way to make you feel at home. They even packed a lunch for us as we had an early flight - exceptionally kind!!

Positive: Definitely recommend this hotel who like chill and relaxing comfortable time and close to Harbour and city center. We stayed at the Ephesian Hotel as a couple, and from the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home. The owner Ertan and hes wife İnes are one of the kindest hosts we've ever met. He takes care of everything with so much heart and passion, and no matter what we needed, he was always there to help with a smile. Breakfast was a real highlight – at the Rooftop with amazing view. The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, just a 2-minute walk to the main shopping street. For anyone looking for a cozy, friendly place with an ideal location, this hotel is perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Positive: We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is unbeatable! Your so close to the port, shopping, beach, restaurants . I want to thank all the stuff there for being so accommodating, friendly, and helping us out when we decided to stay extra 1 nights. Especially, the Owner Ertan , who helped us with tour bookings to Ephesus and Pamukkale Honestly, i would definitely stay here again due to the location and the staff!!

Positive: Great location (within walking distance of the cruise port) and breakfast was excellent. Also, the owner and his wife were very friendly. It was a pleasure speaking with them.
Negative: The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner did not work in the room we had when we arrived. We told the owner about it the next morning, and he was very apologetic. The problem with the AC was easily fixed.
Summary: This hotel is a convenient launching-off or landing point before or after a cruise from Kuşadası.

Positive: İt was a very nice hotel ,The couple who owns the place(German -Turkish)are so kind,friendly,The rooms are very clean Smart TV ,Aircondition,Fridge,and very strong wifi all ower the hotel.The location is perfect it's located at the old town of Kusadasi ,the bazzar restaurants and shops are just 120m walking dstance ,please contact the hotel when you are with your own car. Mr.Ertan he did give us very good direction to get to the Hotel.The Breakfast is at the Roof top of the hotel open buffet ,and it is was the Best Breakfast that we had so far. Please dont forget for that Value Location and Breakfast :Not Beatable. We where very happy .

Mr Ertan is the man he try to helps you with any questions that you have.He orgenise our Airport transfer from izmir airport 4 person for 50€. Positive: This Family hotel is littele gem.Excellent for location only 2 min from centre,cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, helpfullness of the hotel owner Mr.Ertan and hes wife İnes.Breakfast is served at the roof top of the hotel and it by far the Best Breakfast that we had by far.The Harbour is only 170m from the hotel.There is 5 car parking spot font of the hotel.The hotel locatin is perfect all restaurants and shops only few min Washington distance. We definetly recommend to our friends and family members.

Positive: The host was very kind and helpful – always available if you have any questions or need assistance. The location is great: very central, with easy access to the city center and public transport to the beach. We especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and felt very welcome throughout our visit.
Negative: However, the facilities could use some improvement. There were a few issues, such as the toilet flush and the faucet not working properly.
Summary: Apart from that, the place was clean and overall we had a pleasant stay.

Positive: The streets of Kusadasi were the metaphor of our stay there. Unmarked narrow cobblestone streets that lead to unknown adventures - maybe straight up a steep hill - maybe winding down to a dead end (How am I supposed to back a car up that?). Our hosts were helpful and engaging. The breakfasts were a great way to start the day - up on the rooftop with a long counter full of options (they even purchased gluten free bread for our family's needs). The rooms are a bit tight for a family, but would be fine for an individual or couple. We took one day to go to a water park (Tortuga was a great option for our family - I would call it 'right-sized'), and another day to tour Ephesus (We used Felicity Travel and thought they did an excellent job).
Negative: One tricky part is if you have to head out early in the morning, you'll miss the wonderful breakfast.
Summary: A good central place to stay for the area.
