Positive: Rouzanna was extremely helpful with everything. She was very kind and helpful.

Negative: The water was unavailable for a few times during our stay but I'm sure that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Summary: The place was very pleasant. I would come and stay there again.

Positive: Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, private toilet + bathroom, perfect shared kitchen, location a bit far from the center but still a good location with good transport connection.

Negative: I didn't like it, that the personnel would sometimes knock on the door, for example to ask to close the entrance door late in the evenings. However the personnel are very friendly and always available for support. The care products, like shampoo and soap, were only enough for 1 day, although we had booked for 4 days.
