What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Summary: I arrived in a heatwave, the lady in reception did her best to accommodate guests in the cooler rooms away from the afternoon sun but without aircon it was a rather uncomfortable stay. Shame really as although the place was a little shabby, the room was spacious and pleasant...just too warm.

Summary: Great location at an affordable price. Room was small but clean and with all you need for a short stay. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Hotel was basic but clean, the bed was comfy and staff nice, but the bedroom was cold and I needed two downies to keep warm. Expedia rated it 8 so I was surprised to find no facilities. No way to get a cup of tea in the evening. If you visit then take a kettle. You have to take your room key out with you at night as reception closes and they lock the door. It's on a heavy key ring. Would be fine for a visit in warmer weather if you take a travel kettle.

Summary: The hotel occupies a rather bland and unassuming building (like much of Kassel in general), the reception area leaves a somewhat worn-in impression. The room was quite another story, though: very clean and quiet, with everything you need, including a comfortable bed. The older lady in the reception was very helpful.
