Summary: The good; breakfast. Very nice. The bad; Sound isolation is non-existent - especially the door out to the hallway. Also; Poor English even in reception (Except for one guy). The ugly; Cleaning personell stole money. I had 30 euros in a see through mesh pocket with zipper inside my travelling bag. The bag was on my room the entire stay. I don't know which day it was stolen, but I realised it the evening my last day when packing. I reported it as I was 100% sure I hadn't used/misplaced them. This was a Friday, so management was not back until Monday I was told. But monday came and the whole week gone - they did not contact me at all. Only 30 euros, but still. Not professional.

Summary: The rooms are ample and comfortable. Breakfast is well served. They offer dinning only from Monday to Thursday, though the food is good, sometimes they have limited options. We witnessed a robbery right in the lobby and the hotel is located in a very isolated area. The staff was generally kind but there were moments that there was no one at the lobby/bar areas.

Summary: The hotel is in a suburban area of Madrid, close to the Getafe Centro Cercanias train and it will take you to Madrid in no time. It’s clean, excellent service and a magnificent breakfast, that is not included but it’s totally worth it.
