Positive: Great location, clean place, nice parking facility and friendly staff

Negative: Food wasn’t anywhere near compared to 3 years ago. Curtains in the room do not cover fully on the sides and let a lot of light into the room. Swimming pool equipment buttons require fixing

Positive: Great staff and nice room, breakfast was very good especially the scrambled egg.

Negative: Hot water for shower was intermittent. Pillows are too soft/empty, would be better with 2 on each bed. Couldn’t see any butter at breakfast

Positive: Really loved the spa and great location. Good breakfast.

Negative: Room was quite basic and felt a bit overpriced (was actually a single bed - assumed single room meant queen bed like most hotels I stay in but I should have checked). Staff not in any way rude but neither were they friendly.
