Positive: The service is quite basic, ok for what you pay. They can store your belongings while you are wandering around Lima.

Negative: Despite our room was not on the street, the room was quite noisy. The WiFi worked very poorly. We arrived on 30/04, and we were told that no breakfast would be provided the day after (Labour Day), no alternative solutions offered.

Positive: The staff members were very pleasant and helpful!

Negative: The very brief hours breakfast was managed (from 7:15am - 8:30am) -- I know we're not forced to eat, but who's even hungry this early in the morning? It would be nice if they could extend service until 9am.
