Positive: Clean, modern, comfortable. There is not contact with physical staff but you can call them in the phone and they are very helpful and very nice.
Negative: I cannot find anything.

Negative: Acquisition of key card for entry to room was not clearly indicated. Room temperature was 3 degrees C above setting.
