Positive: Facilities were clean and modern. Staff were exceptional! Food at the restaurant was excellent. The location, near the train station, was perfect as we were traveling by train.

Positive: We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Cinque Terre. Check-in was handled by a very kind lady, which gave us a great first impression. However, check-out was a different story — it was done by a man who was quite unfriendly and impolite. He asked my partner if he had had a cappuccino the night before, and he said no. Then, when I arrived, he asked me the same question, and I also confirmed that we didn’t consume anything at the hotel, thus also no cappuccino. After that, he gave a cynical smile to his colleague, as if implying we were lying. On top of that, the shower didn’t work on the first day, and the shampoo bottle was completely empty. We had to request assistance for both issues. The only real positive thing about this hotel is its location — very close to the train station.

Negative: When I booked it has a an informatian that I will have a high speed internet. It wasn't the case. Sometimes internet wasn't working and overall I had to find a coworking. So don't book it if you need stable internet connection.
