Positive: The location was good, and the secure parking very good. The staff were very pleasant in every respect.

Negative: The breakfast menu was somewhat limited and breakfast didn't start until 0800 (we would have preferred 0700). That said, they did let us start a few minutes early.

Positive: Good location, comfortable beds, 1minute walk there is big and cheap car park and shop.

Negative: Very thin walls, we heard neighbours with screaming child till about 1am. Doors from bathroom broken, did not close at all. If you want use bathroom, take showers at the end as after one shower all bathroom is on Water which is not comfortable to use IT after shower 🙊 No air con and no kettle (room description said that IT will be kettle) in overall 3/5. For us good only on one night, not more

Positive: The location and the staff were nice. Bus stop was less than a minute walk from the hotel.

Negative: The old tobacco smell in the rooms still lingered. The furniture needs an update.
