Positive: Good value for money. A 10-minute walk from the metro (still within Zone M, so the fare is relatively cheap). Free parking and late check-in are available. The room was clean.

Negative: The room was so worn out that I didn't feel like using the shower. The walls were covered with plastic wallpaper. At breakfast, guests took the food faster than it could be replenished. The breakfast was very basic. There's no elevator (or at least we couldn't find it since we arrived late and the reception was already closed).
