Positive: The owner of the hotel was welcoming and the property exceeded expectations. The room was beautiful and the dining in front of the hotel was exceptional. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back again!

Positive: The whole hotel was beautifully presented, the location could not be better and the town is beautiful, The staff were lovely and the room was phenomenal. Mood lighting in the bathroom was great and the spring water from the taps was novel and amazing. The food in the evening was great too
Negative: I have a personal preference for coffee making facilities in the room, even Nescafe would be great.
Summary: Can't wait to go back

Positive: Very clean & good location in the village Room was spacious & food good in the restaurant
Negative: The pillows were too soft & there were no amenities in the room such as body lotion or conditioner or a kettle to make an afternoon tea after being out all day. One evening we didn’t feel like valued guests as the hotel was hosting a large group of uniformed people in their conference area & the service in the restaurant was very slow & was difficult to attract anyone’s attention. Another evening there was no room for us in the restaurant at all & perhaps when you check in they should ask to take reservations if you want to eat in the hotel as lots of outside people use it …

Positive: All food was really good, room was spacious and very nicely designed, wellness area very nice as well with multiple types of saunas. We especially appreciated english speaking staff, menu in english (rare thing in german speaking countries). Even though the hotel is located on the square of city, the area is calm with no heavy traffic. Overall, we were pleasantly satisfied with the stay.
Negative: 1. As I'm traveling a lot, following seems to me like an Austrian specialty - no fridge in the room, no kettle or coffee maker, this is pretty standard in other countries in 4* hotels in this price range. 2. We payed for haflboard, but when we arrived, we were told that there is not enough guests having halfboard, so the cook will not create special menu for us and we could chose from a la carte menu in the restaurant. At the end, out of 4 dinners we had (halfboard) dinner menu only once and for the rest of evenings we were using a la carte menu. I need to say - we had the number of courses that we were promised, food was really good, hotel appologized for this with a bottle of wine. But if we knew this in advance, we would not pay quite extra money for halfboard - the amount of food was extremely excessive. My complaint is about transparency and not letting us know how it works in advance. For the price of halfboard, bottle of wine felt like a little of conselation.

Positive: Everything. Huge spaces, beautifully designed rooms and common spaces, spa. Very good food, reasonable prices. All was wonderful. Close to a number of ski resorts. We’ ll be for sure back!
