Positive: I liked very much they had key safes, and I managed to do a late check-in without worries. In the property, there were vending machines for drinks and small snacks. The location was close to the centre, and you could reach all near cable car stations by around 40 min walk (if you wanted to be independent from the train). They sent me a virtual guest card, which reduced me the price for some activities. Also, around the reception, they had a bunch of maps and brochures of the area. The room had a very authentic look with super pretty retro furniture. The size was small, and there weren't any extras, but I was there for the hiking, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom always had hot water, and everything worked fine. In the corridor outside of the room, there was a boiling can and a microwave.
Negative: They don't store luggage after check-out, but if you catch someone on the reception, they'll give you very polite hints where you can do it
