Summary: Great Customer service. Willing to help at a moments notice. We had to extend our trip by an additional day and it was well received and accommodated. Breakfast and Dinner were homemade and delicious.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garten. We were there on Christmas Day. The pictures on the website made it a little difficult to see what the rooms would look like, so we were pleasantly surprised by them. They are a little old fashioned, but they are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast and conversation with the hosts. We would recommend this property and return if our plans ever take us back there. The room did not smell like smoke, which after a week in the Balkins, we learned that a truly non-smoking room was a rare find!

Summary: I believe this hotel is family owned and is very unique! The staff are friendly, professional and helped make our stay very pleasant. The rooms are a bit small, but not unusual for Europe. For the price, you can't get a better deal. I would highly recommend this hotel.
