Positive: The property was very comfortably appointed and represented great value for money. The rooms were spacious and fitted to a high standard throughout, also including tasteful colour schemes. Breakfast was also good.

Negative: The hotel is far from the town of Bassano, with poor local transport routes. Walking there along the main road does not feel overly safe in places. I would also add that, at least during my stay, some of the staff at breakfast spoke too loudly and inelegantly for a four-star hotel.

Positive: Great location in Bassano, close to the town with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were helpful and always available when needed. The hotel was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. A lovely stay overall — I will definitely be coming back.

Negative: Breakfast could be better - didn’t like how eggs were made and more options should be provided.
