Summary: Our stay at Hotel Graal was very positive thanks to welcoming staff, smooth check-in and a helpful porter. During breakfast, one staff member always greeted us with a genuine smile and excellent service, which set a lovely tone each morning. The laundry service was fast and the shuttle driver Gino made our transfers comfortable and memorable. Our room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom, and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, although the furnishing felt sparse. The location is excellent, close to everything in Ravello with buses right outside. The pool area also had wonderful views, but like the hotel overall, would benefit from updated furniture and décor. Breakfast was varied and tasty, enhanced by the spectacular views. Prices are on the higher side, but fair for the area. Overall, Hotel Graal offers great service, cleanliness and unforgettable views, but the property would benefit from a general refresh. Still, we would gladly recommend it to others visiting Ravello.

Summary: Really enjoyed staying at this hotel which was a bit like stepping back in time with lots of quirky bits and bobs which all added to its unique character. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on breakfast. The hotel was super clean and tidy. However the ace up the sleeve of this hotel is its position and views. Hands down the view from our bedroom balcony was the best we’ve ever had. It was breathtaking!!! This view can also been seen from the pool and restaurant, there really is no bad spot!! Overall we would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Ravello.

Summary: We loved this hotel and the excellent pool with view and the perfect restaurant with incredible food selection. The rooms were good to go, the terrace rooms were wonderful and the view was priceless.

Summary: Incredible views from our balcony! Dinner and service at the restaurant were amazing!! The views from the restaurant, again, incredibly stunning! Friendly, welcoming staff; the owner’s presence was always warm, ready to help/make dinner recommendations, very kind.
