Negative: The first room i got it , was a disaster!! Only the bed, no hot water, nothing in the room, toilet overflowed , room wasn’t cleaned well.. until they changed my room after 2 nights of complaining!! The second one much better but not the best as it should be for a five stars hotel !!! I was obliged to stay because I already paid , can’t move elsewhere but not satisfied at all . He had nothing related to five stars hotel !
