Positive: The staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed on the half board option, and breakfast and dinner were very good. We were also able to use the sauna and pool, both of which helped with aching ski legs! The lounge was also a great place to be at the end of a ski day. A hot chocolate on the sofas next to the real fire was fantastic! We had a large comfortable room on the third floor with a lovely view of the mountains and everything we needed for our stay.
Negative: Be aware that the hotel is uphill and a bit of a trek at the end of a ski day, particularly in ski boots. We hired ski gear from Surf Evasio 2 next to the slopes and made use of their ski lockers to avoid this issue. Although the hotel do have ski lockers, we felt this was a good decision. Our room was very warm. There was a door to the balcony but having it open meant we heard a lot of noise from the street, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Positive: As English speakers the staff were always happy to help and could communicate clearly when asking for things. Staff were always supportive and happy to assist with any queries of where to go or issues we might have encountered. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great as it allowed us to not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat and for both meals there was a great selection of food for everyone. I specifically like how Andorran specific food was labeled differently as it allowed me to be curious trying new foods I haven't eaten before.
Negative: Overall there wasn't anything me and a friend encountered which we didn't like. We were originally given a double room upon arrival but after checking our booking and speaking at reception we were moved to a double single room. The customer support was excellent

Positive: Location is great of the hotel.
Negative: The Spa is a joke. Sauna too hot, way too many people and with a lack of cold shower, the pool is a sweat pool so very nasty. Also the breakfast room is stressfully crowded and staff removes plate after 5 seconds
