Summary: Reception staff was really friendly and helpful, bar area quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks in bathrooms fir towels would be very useful

Summary: The property location was excellent for access to the slopes, ski storage and personal lockers were well positioned and made preparations very easy. The team provided very good service and local knowledge

Summary: Great hotel in a fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and all the bars. Second year in a row we have stayed here and plan to do the same again next year. Highly recommended.

Summary: Great location, clean, great food and bar. Only negative was pool area was not explained as costing extra when we used it and at 12 euro per person, per visit was very steep for 45 mins of use. Minor complaint and would still highly recommend.

Summary: A return visit for us. I recommend and staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to very friendly ski rental and slope access Car park trick to manouvre, parked at multi storey 10mins walk away.

Summary: The pool only open 4-8pm so very busy. Someone on our floor got their room broken into Not given clean glasses and mugs everyday/ when I called to get clean ones no one ever took away the dirty ones. Cleaning the hotel room everyday just consisted of making the bed and nothing else.

Summary: Good experience overall a few things detract it from being a great experience. Good: Proximity to slope Quality of rooms Friendliness of staff 12:00 checkout time Quietness of area Not so good: The wifi is on par with a sub-saharan flee pit (average 0.01 mps) Excessive parking costs (resort wide issue) Parking space size (like trying to park a tank in a bike rack) Pool & sauna is extra (€3) per visit Price of bottled water in the room
