Positive: The location was really great being a short walk from the Busan Station or a short bus/subway ride. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We bought some large bottles of beer and they let us borrow a couple of beer mugs to drink from. We had a problem with one of the casters on our suitcase and they let us borrow a screwdriver to fix it as well. Having a cafe in the hotel made getting breakfast a really quick process before heading out and enjoying our day in Busan.

Negative: The towels were thick, but they were basically hand towels in size. There was no way to turn down the heated floor in the room and some places had hot spots. We did end up opening the window to cool the room down, but then mosquitos started coming into the room. Would have been nice if there was a ramp or an easier way to get our suitcases into the hotel entrance as well. The beds could have also been a bit softer.
