Positive: The location is excellent, very central and convenient. The price is reasonable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from the window was stunning.
Negative: The electrical sockets were loose and felt unsafe. The fridge was noisy at night, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The mattresses had stains, the room was not perfectly clean, and it was inconvenient to have to ask for a kettle and hairdryer at reception instead of having them in the room.
Summary: Suitable for 1–2 nights if you just need a place to sleep, but some improvements in cleanliness, safety, and convenience

Positive: Awesome location, nice view, clean room. Everything that you need for short stay. Price was really affordable for my days. Maybe the breakfast could be a little better but it probably that's my limited teste in food)

Positive: First off, Ms. Ioanna, the hotel manager is absolutely wonderful - warm, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly; one of the loveliest people I encountered during my 3-week solo trip! The hotel is in the best location - down a street off the main square and right by one of the riverside entrances to the town - best of both worlds! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, clean towels, complimentary water, TV, comfortable temperature, working desk and a good shower. The only 'negative' is a lack of outlets for charging devices - but deal with it! :) From the first moment, communication was excellent, even with two changes of dates on my part, and they accommodated my request for a first floor room (which has easy stair access to it and facing the back means no noise at all). It's easy to reach on foot (riverside walk) from the Miasto train station, and the Old Town is just a 2-minute slow walk. The restaurant inside is in a beautiful setting, but it also has outside seating. The food is delicious, and the beer with ginger drink added to it (Ms. Ioanna's recommendation) is a must-try! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and Mr. Matsche (apologies if spelling is off!) the waiter a delightful character. All in all, it's everything you want in a hotel stay! I'm itching to book my next stay - also, because... Torun! <3
