Positive: Clean spacious rooms with everything you could need provided. Powerful airconditioning in the rooms for the summer heat. Very central location at one end of a major shopping street with a night market nearby and a huge selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Helpful staff who showed us to our rooms - they even discovered we had left something behind in the room and kept it for us until we came back 2 hours later to pick it up.

Negative: Luggage storage and laundry requires a small fee but that’s a minor detail.

Positive: The room was extremely spacious and looked very new and fancy. There was a long seating along the side of the room which made it easy to place our luggage on, a lot of charging ports around the room, and the bathroom was also very nice. The location too made it super convenient to shop and eat late at night! (laundry mat)

Negative: There was no breakfast area, this was not an issue for us when traveling but just keep in mind there is a cafe underneath but I am not too sure on the opening times.

Positive: Hotel Ground27 was perfectly located for transport, markets and shopping. The Hotel is new and is super clean with excellent facilities and well-appointed rooms. I would stay here again. Staff were super helpful.
