Positive: Hafner Hotel - Apartment is “Home Away from Home”. It is situated in a residential quiet area in Straßburger Straße, Zuffenhausen and it is easy to locate. It is close too both the Metro and Train Station. On my arrival at the hotel, Fuat welcomed me and made me feel at home. He treated me with respect and empathy. I thought that was fantastic Customer Service from the receptionist. I did not realise that he was the Manager until the next morning during breakfast. He went around asking if things were OK! I will like to state that the Manager / Owner (Fuat Cicekli) is exceptional. The location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities in the room are satisfactory. Very high standard of cleaning. The toilet roll is of high quality! The Wi-Fi is stable and fast. The breakfast is sufficient to keep one going for the day. My advice is that if you need anything from the hotel, just ask. ‘Ask and you shall receive’. For instance, I needed a fan in my room, I asked for one and it was provided immediately. Would I stay in the hotel again OR recommend it to Friends and Family? 100% YES! Well done Hafner Hotel - Apartment! Well done to the Team (Excellent workforce)!! Well done Fuat Cicekli!!!
