Summary: Good location, great service. Breakfast was also great albeit with limited options. They don’t have a buffet breakfast but only table service and it takes some time…but it was great and we used it most days.

Summary: Amazing hotel, but quite outdated. This could really use an upgrade, although it is well maintained. The staff is really nice, great room service and a really nice restaurant on the 25th floor.

Summary: The service at this hotel is so friendly and fast it’s very impressive. Called for ice and they arrived in less than 5 mins. Large room, very clean and well stocked. Great daily breakfast! Stayed 5 nights and the service was consistently top notch.

Summary: Overall very clean and comfortable. Room is a great size, which is unusual for Japan. Bed is comfortably firm. Housekeeping is great, except that they change the towels everyday, even though I didn't indicate I want to change (I wanted to be more eco-friendly). I am thankful for the cleanliness but it's just not very eco-friendly. There were two things that surprised me: 1. The lobby was not on the ground floor (had to take escalator to the lobby) and 2. The furniture/furnishing is a bit dated, which was not apparent in the pictures online (my personal preference is for a more modern design). But otherwise, no issues staying in this hotel.
