Summary: Beautiful hotel. Only spoke to staff on phone to get check in instructions. They were easy but had trouble locating the room, there was no number on the door. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 little kids, they even had a pack n play ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy outside. The rooms were a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were dated. I couldn't turn up the heat. Also, the towels were skimpy, and the bed was a little worn. Maybe the renovations will continue inside, too.

Summary: Hotel was fine - location was nice, just outside of Kaiserslautern, but there wasn't much immediately around the hotel. Check-in was different - my room key was in a lockbox, with the registration card. My check-out was early in the morning so I just dropped the key in another secure box.

Summary: Great little hotel in a great location, the breakfast was amazing and worth the extra $10. Wish the employees spoke better English but hey I’m in their country so I didn’t mind that much. Hotel is old so could use a little maintenance, but besides that I really did enjoy it.
