Summary: We stayed 2 nights in the 75 m2 deluxe apartment (ferienwohnung) located across the road from the hotel. It is a nice and spacious modern apartment very suitable for 4 people (we were 3). Great location with a fantastic view of the Mosel valley, Mosel river and Cochem city center from the large terrace. Nice breakfast and good restaurant. Convenient (and free) parking right across the road from the hotel.

Summary: The hotel has a nice location and the staff were friendly. Our room had an old smell, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray across the bathroom. We visited during a very hot period, and while the hotel clearly states there is no air conditioning, a fan would have made the room much more comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was very basic and felt more like pre-prepared convenience food than freshly cooked. Overall, an average stay.

Summary: Fourth time to Cochem & my favorite thus far! Beautiful views, location, room, staff & breakfast. Stay here It is a hike to town- up hill But more than worth it

Summary: The property was up on a hill overlooking the Moselle river. Beautiful scenery. Easy to get to. Staff very accommodating.

Summary: Outstanding food. I ate both breakfast and dinner here for three days and each meal was wonderfully prepared and presented. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. My room was a single, and quite small by American standards, but pleasantly appointed. The double rooms with balconies are much more spacious. I will visit this property again!

Summary: What a pleasant surprise! My hotel not only included a very good breakfast, but dinner as well. Dinner was a near-gourmet 3-course meal served with style. Staff was super. Location was a bit out of town up the hill, but the views were great. I would definitely book here again.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood above the Moselle River. The room was immaculately clean but very small. We under the impression that the hotel was located in an isolated area and to reserve our spot for dinner; however, it would have been easy enough to go to a local restaurant for dinner. The hotel's dinner was OK, but nothing special and very average. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was a buffet with a wide variety of items - meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, fruits, and lots of local jams and honeys. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.

Summary: We were warmly welcomed and treated like friends from the moment we checked in until we left. It was half board and I was impressed with the choice of food for dinner. It was also very filling. There was a huge choice for breakfast too. The facilities included a gym, sauna and activity centre which we used and were very relaxing. I've not been to a hotel where I felt so welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a bit of a walk to the centre of town but well worth the small effort.
