Summary: First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Very Disappoint with the Breakfast and one of the Staff She was very miserable most morning. Breakfast was very boring same every day very little variety ( what we were surprise about was if you wanted a Omelette or a Fried Egg you would have to pay Extra ) Not good for a 4 Star Hotel!!!

Summary: The best hotel in town! We stayed there several days and loved it. Beautiful and the front desk were the best. The late night guard was very polite and helpful. Could not think of anywhere else to stay. Drinks were unique prepared by Ana, the best bar tender.

Summary: Friendliness and availability of the staff. We were welcomed by a handwritten note and a box of chocolate- which was very much appreciated. We had the Christmas menu at the restaurant. Simple but good food. The restaurant staff was discreet, helpful and very very nice! We also loved having a chauffeur driving us to the slopes!
