Positive: Was very clean and a very nice balcony and view. On the bed there were towels and shampoo, even toothbrush and tooth paste. When we arrived we received tea. Breakfast was very good they tried to cook everyday something else. One time they were out of coffee. Location not in the center, but nearby there is a bus to center . Nearby 2 sky centers. There were several issues, but I would say good value for money.
Negative: The door didn’t close only with a key, one night it was very noisy - no noise isolation at all we couldn’t sleep. Also the hot water regulation in the bath was very unstable. Very very small elevator
Summary: I think it was good value for money , but I wouldn’t return

Positive: Location very close to ski slops and cable cars. Very hospitable hosts, spacey rooms, tasty food (lunch), wonderful 31 December party organized by hosts, markets close to the accommodation
Negative: I think we should have asked for room cleaning as nobody appeared for cleaning during our stay. . TV in the lobby was great. Kids were watching YouTube but in the room - not. A couple of local TV channels. But this was not a big issue comparing to all pluses of the place. Big thanks to the hosts. It was 100 percent a family hotel.

Positive: There were deficiencies for breakfast on the first night. By the second morning, the deficits had been rectified.
Negative: When we arrived at the Hills Hotel at night, we were told that this was another hotel in the Hills with a different address. The advertisement is Hotel Hills House, but the pictures of the rooms are of Hotel Lagoon. We were told that this was to Hotel Hills. That this hotel Lagoon letter in the roof will be exchanged soon bi Hotel Hills. We were told that the owners of both hotels are the same. Since we were tired, we didn't argue and drove to another hotel. So we didn't actually spend the night in the Hotel Hills. We were accommodated in the Hotel Lagoon. Since it was 1000 meters to the hill, the hotel was taken to, and from the hill by the hotel Hills car. All I had to do was call, and the car was waiting.
Summary: The chefs were very cute and kind. Family friendly. In conclusion, we were satisfied.

Positive: The hotel is located in a great place in Bakuriani, super close to Didveli ski lift. If you want to ski on the Kokhta and Mitarbi slopes, you need to go there by car. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is also a parking in front. Also, breakfast and dinner are huge, dinner is amazing every time.
Negative: There's no buffet, each room gets their table and is served homecooked food which is absolutely delicious. However, some tables get more coherent breakfast than others. Our table was always missing items that were served to other tables at the same time, like we always got butter but not jam for breakfast, some others would get freshly baked goods and some cool cold salads, we would get cooked makaroni but no sauce or anything on the table you could eat it with (other items beeing ketchup, hard boiled eggs and slices of salami f.ex.). It was a bit disappointing because usually the things we were not served were the tastiest ones. It might be that we weren't the cook's favourite people 😁

Negative: during our stay, it was one week, no one proposed us to make our room
