Positive: Great hospitality staffs were very polite and helpful. Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable one.

Negative: Wedding guests were very loud and were outside their room in the lobby very noisy which affected my sleep this was my only disappointment.

Summary: Best staffs in the dining, reception, at the entry, restaurant, chefs for fantastic food, and housekeeping.

Positive: I needed to stay in Lalitpur, and Hotel Himalaya Kathmandu has been my go to place in Kathmandu, best by far. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, surrounded with greenery.

Positive: The hotel is located far from the congestion of the city, yet within easy reach of all the sites in Kathmandu.It has a great ambience, intimate and cosy, feels like home. The food was consistently good.And the staff, well cannot praise them enough! Amazing hospitality! Sending all my friends there!

Negative: The bathing area was difficult for senior citizens.Climbing into a bathtub, unsafe for oldies.
