Positive: The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The ambiance was perfect and really matched the charm of the Romantic Road in Germany. The hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient as well. I would gladly stay here again if I have the chance to come back someday.

Negative: Room was a reasonable size but the bed was very hard, uncomfortable and creaked when you moved. The shower was poor and the temperature constantly varied making it unacceptably hot at times. Very expensive for what it was.

Positive: Very clean, and the staff were very kind and polite. The location was very picturesque and the surrounding village was a nice walk with shops and restaurants.

Negative: There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom floor drain.

Positive: Great setting and liked the traditional German style. Breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. Also no fridge. I guess some hotels don't provide these but recently I've found most hotels do and it's so nice to be able to make your own hot drink.
