Summary: The location was good. There was a bus stop near by. We were given free bus tickets and discount on entries to areas in the city. The only problem was the lack of air-conditioning. However we were given two fans. The breakfast was good. The other problem was that the hotel desk closes at 9 pm. You need to tell them in advance if you're arriving late.

Summary: There is uneven floor between the room and hall. My wife fell down when she walked out from the room. There was no warning sign. These was safety issue.

Summary: This hotel is very well located, on the #1 bus line 5 mins from the train station. The hotel receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. The breakfast is excellent. Not so good: Soft beds and lumpy pillows.

Summary: On the website is written the parking is free. But in reality you have to pay chf 4.- per day.

Summary: Location is very nice with view of the lake and mountains. Very contemporary decor. Only drawback is no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room.
