Positive: The hotel is close to the city center and just a few kilometers from Vigo. The room was clean and comfortable. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the New Year's Eve party—it was excellent! The staff was very friendly, and the region is truly wonderful.

Negative: The room's air conditioning didn't work, and there was no internet despite the Wi-Fi connection. Luckily, I brought a heater, so everything turned out fine. The booking listed incorrect information: private parking and rooms with a sea view. The hotel doesn't have private parking, and none of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast had little variety but was of good quality (the croissants were superb) and was served in a cold room; however, the staff was very friendly.
