Summary: Disappointed in this expensive hotel. No easy way to request room service! We requested room service at 9 am by contacting the front dek. By 2 pm, the room was not done. We went to the room and saw housekeeping In the hallway. Requested room service; but housekeeping said we were not on the list. She kindly cleaned the room anyway. This and other details need attention: no soap in bathroom sink when we checked in; hair dryer plug and smartphone plugs don’t stay connected! Bathroom needs bright light to apply makeup, and the list goes on.
