Negative: Breakfast was poor, not much choice and coffee was difficult to get! and the shower was in very poor condition

Positive: Typical breakfast for hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Coffee was very good. Very clean room and large size unit with Mini refrigerator. Bathroom was large and had plenty of room. Hotel overall is nice with ample onsite (free) parking behind the hotel. Secured lot, safe enough to leave the large luggage in the car. There was a very good pizza place and restaurant within a block
Negative: The mattresses were not comfortable, need to be replaced sooner than later. The large bathtub did not have grab bars and felt very slippery the surface. You had to be very careful taking a shower.
Summary: Fairly good stay near Caserta.

Positive: What I like: pool area, nice and clean room
Negative: What could be better: breakfast is very simple for 4* hotel, no complimentary water in the room, no coffee maker, NO HOT WATER in the shower! Thin walls so you hear everything whats going on in next rooms lol. Hotel is located near the busy road so outside its noisy but its also convenient.

Negative: I booked this property over 6 months ago. I booked it because of the pool. The temperature was 97 when our party of 10 arrived! People couldn’t wait to enjoy the pool. It was beyond disappointing!
