Summary: Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel got off to a poor start. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by dirty mugs with leftover tea and a shower floor littered with hair. To make matters worse, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half-empty. Although the front desk promptly sent housekeeping to address the issues, we were disappointed by the lack of apology or concern. When we mentioned the incident during checkout, the response was dismissive, with the staff simply stating, "We cleaned it." While we appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. As a hotel, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are crucial. Hopefully, the management will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their services. Rating: 2/5 Stars - Not Worth the 5-Star Rating Given its 5-star rating on Expedia, we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of our expectations.

Summary: Good location and helpful staff. Breakfast choice was very good. Our room was fairly hot and it was not possible to keep the windows open as it was noisy at night with traffic as the hotel is on a busy road.

Summary: Te Hotel is based in a area where everything is in easy reach by walking, taxi, buses. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The room we had was very comfortable and clean too but there was only one downfall there was a damp smell coming from the bathroom which was very strong at times. We did mention this situation to the staff but we were only staying for the one night and no other rooms were available due to celebrations of Republic Day in Turkey.

Summary: I stayed for around 6 days at Ickale Hotel and I can only share my positive feedbacks about that hotel.First of all the staff, personal were too friendly and responsive to my needs.They offered water and fruits for free during my stay. The breakfast at hotel is really good. The location is in the center and close to anywhere to get in Ankara.

Summary: Friendly staff and good breakfast, room was disappointing, had strong chemical cleaner smell and everything looked and felt cheap. AC was noisy and the shower water pressure and heat did not work well.

Summary: My family had a pleasant stay in Ickale hotel. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The personnel is really helpful and understanding. We could leave the car next to the hotel entrance and the personnel was parking it behind the building in the private space. We also got packed breakfast as we left the hotel really early in the morning. Everything was really clean. We also enjoyed the small pool. The only thing which could be improved is bigger diversity of breakfast food, specially for guests staying longer in the hotel.
