Positive: Spacious apartment. Friendly owner/ manager (also own the restaurant next door). Plenty of parking. Quiet.

Negative: On the first night, the shower temperature and pressure were very low. Much better on the second night. Also, the shower is not 'sealed', difficult not to wet the bathroom floor.

Positive: After a long journey, we arrived at Il Feudo dei Pierleoni, about 8 minutes from Celano.Upon arrival, we had to call the number on the door, and a friendly gentleman arrived shortly after to check us in. He showed us to our room and kindly helped with our luggage. The room was lovely—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was the shower; the floor was broken and looked quite worn out. Dinner at the on-site restaurant, Il Refugio, was a highlight—delicious food and wine, with fantastic service from Stefano.He couldn't have been nicer. Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is well-run by Luca and his lovely wife, who prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. A special mention goes to Slyvestro, who made my stay extra special. I definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if I’m in the area.
