Summary: Love the apertivo time in the lobby everyday and the reception lady (whose name I forgot, but has been working there for 10 years) was very welcoming and friendly and the location of the hotel is great too

Summary: This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The location, just inside the city wall, is perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent breakfast and onsite parking was a plus.

Summary: Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast and cafe for snacks. Loved my stay. There are some hotels a little closer to the city centre but I would stay here again, for sure.

Summary: Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Our room was fabulous. So beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need. Loved the Spritz Bar and snacks. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. Beautiful glass room. We usually stay in an Airbnb when traveling to Lucca. Now we will stay here every time.
