Summary: I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo and have reservations there for a writers' group I'm bringing to town at the end of September. My absolute favorite part of the room was the shower which was a piece of heaven with the perfectly hot water and the lovely products plus it was sparkling clean. The location is also perfect for my group so close to good restaurants with something for everyone. The day I arrived, unfortunately the elevator was down for a while, but it was repaired shortly after. The bar is adorable and I can't wait to write there with my group! Great staff also. Helpful and friendly.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and very prompt to address issues. However, the bathroom door is a rolling door that has a 2 inch gap on each side so everyone in the room can hear you in bathroom. Our bathroom door was extremely hard to push open. The kids couldn’t open or shut it. The elevator worked once on our trip. And overall the hotel was very old and needed updates . There were people directly outside approaching everyone they saw although that’s not a hotel problem maybe something could be done

Summary: The room was lovely and spacious. Bed comfort was as-expected with great pillows and sheets. We added breakfast to our stay and were very well-pleased with the menu and talent of the cook. The only downside was she was the only one stationed in the restaurant: she took orders, cooked, and bussed tables. I felt bad for her! It was 30min before she could get to us, but that’s not her fault. The valet service was quick and pleasant. There’s plenty of quirk and fun in 5 Points South.

Summary: Neat experience in the older building. Was awakened multiple times each night by the locals racing their engines down the street. Lots of places to walk to for eating. HVAC controlled by the front desk was a little different.

Summary: The stay was pleasant and the staff was helpful. Although, I think we came at a bad time. There was a shut down of their card system and they had to swipe our door open for us every time we left the room. As well, it was very hot in our room and the AC was not working, although they were able to accommodate us to a newer room. Overall, the trip was nice.

Summary: Have stayed at this Hotel before and everything was great so when I needed to stay in the area again ofcourse I booked this hotel again. Check in went great fast service room was nice looked clean. Had to call front desk to have my air turned down they said they would handle it (never been somewhere where I wasn’t allowed to control my own thermostat but whatever) went to eat dinner came back room was still very warm asked them about it and they said they would bring me a fan? Someone brought me a fan and again asked what was going on and was told maintenance was looking into it Got time for bed and still no air so I went downstairs and requested a room change to one with working air and was told they couldn’t do that maintenance was working on it so I spent all night burning up and next morning at check out when I again complained I was told I wasn’t only customer to have an issue and that they where waiting to hear from manager on how to compensate for issue and I’m still waiting to see if I will ever get said compensation I highly doubt it Will not stay with them ever again

Summary: The parking is confusing but other than that it’s a pretty hotel. The front desk runs the ac in your room so be advised, our room was really hot so we had to switch to another room.

Summary: Floors in room were falling apart, pillows on the floor, floorboards were loose and seeping water (maybe)? Shower wouldn’t turn off, toilet ran. Area did not seem safe. Was definitely not as nice as indigo hotels I’ve been to before. Staff was friendly, helpful, but facility was sub-par at best.
