Summary: We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.

Summary: This was a solo trip. My stay was exceptional!! The room was amazingly clean and the shower was great!!! I just wish I could have stayed one more day. The staff was nice and professional!!! It was in a great location. I will be back!!!!

Summary: Hotel check-in and valet was great and super friendly. A couple of the lady bartenders upstairs and down were not really friendly and didn't have the best attitudes.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. No complaints, nice room that was clean accompanied by lovely views. Great location and the staff were excellent. Very welcoming and inviting place. The roof bar was a nice vibe with a lovely view as well. If I’m in Columbus again, we will be staying at the Indigo.
