Summary: I always stay here when I’m passing through. Front desk staff even remembered me when I checked in! Was upgraded to a suite, which was amazing, but it was definitely out of order and given to me because they were near sold out. Lock on a joining room door was broken, floors were extremely sticky, wires sticking out everywhere. It’s a great hotel in a great spot. I just got a bad room this round.

Summary: I had an alarm that kept going off and had to switch rooms then was charged and extra 216 dollar for a breakfast package that was included in the booking price.

Summary: The outdoor pool space was great. No one at desk for check in had to search for someone to help us. Floors were very dirty.

Summary: The bed was very comfortable, my room and the rest of the hotel was clean as wellnas the outside area if the hotel. The check-in was smooth and the checkout was smooth as well.

Summary: Pretty nice hotel. Good area not far from airport but they do want to charge $15 for what most others give for a free breakfast. The room smelled musty and the change filter light on the A/C unit was on,

Summary: The hotel seemed to out of things. They don’t have coffee in the lobby but did not have anything but decaf k-cups. The shampoo & conditioner in shower were empty like they weren’t checked.

Summary: One night stay was good . Very early Shuttle was excellent. Food in cafe was descent . The hotel was convenient and served the purpose. I would book there again. The early shuttle to the airport is what I appreciated most and Brandon ,the desk clerk was professional and cordial .
