Summary: Front desk staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Borderline rude. Both valet attendants were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We actually changed a reservation to hotel indigo because in the spring we found the hotel excellent. This was a disappointment We will try another hotel for our next stay.

Summary: Mai was extremely understanding about my situation of being in the wrong hotel. I bragged to anyone who would listen about the first class service I received - no questions asked. They understood my situation and did what it took to get me on my way to the correct hotel

Summary: To park in the only lot available was an additional $30/night. We also had to get snacks late one night because everything was closed. There are no price signs but beware that everything is $6+. Including things like a bag of chips and bottle of water. So this ended up costing the same as a nicer hotel. Was not a fan of the location either. It looks like the photos. The bar looked nice, but we didn’t get drinks. The people working there were rude, which I’ve seen others say as well.

Summary: The room decor was seriously zen and modern. The flooring is amazing everywhere and the front desk staff are sharp and helpful. Valet gets a huge shout out for how available and ready they were when we needed our vehicle! We never had to wait!

Summary: Very clean, staff so nice and helpful. Rooms nice. Parking on street was close and easy with the app at $1 a hour. Didn’t use valet, but they were very helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. I’m a neat and clean freak, so I appreciated the cleanliness.

Summary: Great hotel. The speakeasy in the hotel was a bonus. Downside…Can’t control the temp of the room. Got sooo hot at night. We had a street view room. Heard every car/motorcycle drive by.

Summary: Amazing stay with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and super comfy. The bed and linens were so comfortable and soft. Air conditioning worked great. The decor was cute and trendy. They allowed me a late check out which I was so grateful for. They also offer a shuttle service which I used to the airport and the market area. Very accommodating!
