Summary: The room had a back light behind the mirror that could not be turned off, so the room was lit all night. It seemed unnecessary especially since the room also had black out curtains. If I had known, I would have brought a sleeping mask to block the light.

Summary: Overall, it was wonderful. We did have a very noisy family above us until 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk twice. While it's not the hotel's fault for the noisy guests, I think they should have done more to quiet them. I had to go up at in my pajamas and tell them to be quiet. They were actually quite nice, just had no control of their kids! The restaurant was good, we had breakfast every morning and dinner one night. The location was great, too. I will definitely choose them again if I'm in the area.

Summary: Service and hospitality are top tier. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked the suite and it was spacious, well appointed and the views were nice. There is some renovations happening behind the property but it was still a nice view

Summary: The check in process took almost 20 minutes in spite of having reserved online. The front desk associate was not pleasant to deal with and kept asking to run the payment multiple times.
