Positive: Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, steamer in the room was an unexpected bonus. Pool area was nice and staff were good!
Negative: There is no ability to organise a late checkout. Only if you call in the morning before 9am which doesn’t help when you are at a wedding late the night before. There are also too few places to hang towels in the bathroom.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated how they interacted with my kid. The location was great, and while parking was not the hotel's parking, it was adjacent and easy to access.
Negative: The room was really not clean, it wasn't horrible, I was surprised how kind of dingy most of the room was (although the bathroom was immaculate, so that's good), but there were stains and rips in the furniture. We also paid a $40 resort fee only to find out that children aren't allowed in the pool after 1pm, except sometimes, but you don't know until the day of, and you can't use it after check-out, except check-in isn't until 3pm. I regularly travel solo with my young child, so using it without my kid isn't an option. We wouldn't have booked it if it weren't the pool, but I'm irritated about paying extra to not be able to use it.
Summary: The staff is wonderful, but the property itself is lacking in reliable amenities and cleanliness.

Negative: Pool not allowing children after 1pm... Not clear on booking. Lack of availability of pool loungers even before 1pm, all required booking through a 3rd party, we're reserved by 10am even though no one was sat on them.
