Positive: Parking.location,ideal for overnight stop.amenability of staff who when we arrived and told them air conditioning didn’t work,immediately investigated and changed our room ! Evening meal was very good…fixed meal (2courses ) 20 €. Breakfast very good, with freshly squeezed orange juice made on demand.

Negative: Suspected hotel of trying to get more money from us… 1.already paid for hotel, but tried to charge us again. 2.then said an amount that did not correspond with what we had eaten. ‘Mistake’ rectified after an internal phone call,with profuse apologies given. With an Italian here, communication was easy but initially not helpful to a non Italian speaker.

Summary: Very good stop over but beware !

Positive: Very near motorway exit. Helpful staff. The room heating didn’t work and they brought additional heater and fixed original heating very quickly.
